As the prey-predator ratio is positive, the incidence of man-animal conflict is very rare.  So far only 1 incidence of arrack by panther has occurred.  During 1997-98 one person from village Thadezari (Compt. No 101 B) was injured due to an attack by panther and was subsequently given due compensation of Rs. 1,500/-.

Damage to crops of the adjoining villages due to herbivore is rare.

Two trapping cages available the sanctuary were presently handed over to the Bhandara Forest Division.
